Digital download so shipping was fast, didn't have any problems so no need to contact seller, so good customer service, the quality wasn't the best, but what can you expect from an old manual. Probably the best they could do with what they had.

Etsy website advertised manual for Pfaff 787-788 serger and even shows a picture of the manual. What I received was a pdf I was suppose to download which amounted to copies of the manual which is nothing like the quality and clarity of the manual. It is useless to me. Etsy used to have vendors that sold products they made and you could call the buyer direct to make sure you were getting the product as shown. So buyers beware of what you order on Etsy.
